1. General Overview

These Terms govern the purchase and use of digital software licenses provided under the registered trademark RGBmind (Registered with UIBM, Application No. 302026000031672, Nice Class 9: downloadable application software).

2. Merchant of Record

All digital goods purchases, license distributions, and subscriptions on rgbmind.com are fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for billing, taxation, and compliance.

3. Licensing & Usage

  • Single Site: Valid for 1 active WordPress installation.
  • Agency Fleet: Valid for up to 25 active WordPress installations.
  • Lifetime: Perpetual license for unlimited installations.
    Licenses are activated via an offline cryptographic license key and require adherence to WordPress licensing guidelines.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new purchases. Refund requests can be processed directly via your Lemon Squeezy receipt portal or by emailing support@rgbmind.com.
